2. Nature of Compensation (Commission Disclosure)

In accordance with SEBI circulars and AMFI best practice guidelines:

Zero Direct Fees: We do NOT charge any upfront advisory or transaction fees directly to our clients for mutual fund distribution services.
AMC Distributor Commission: We receive trail commissions directly from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) for mutual fund schemes distributed through ARN-291288. This commission is paid out of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) of the scheme and is strictly regulated under SEBI caps.
Commission Rates: Commission rates vary across fund houses, asset classes (equity, debt, hybrid, liquid), and transaction types per statutory disclosure norms. Detailed scheme-wise commission structures are shared with clients upon request prior to investment.

Under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013 and subsequent amendments:

5. Statutory Risk Disclosures

Mutual Funds: Mutual Fund investments are subject to market risks. Please read all scheme-related documents (SID, SAI, KIM) carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
No Guaranteed Returns: Mutual funds do not offer guaranteed returns. NAV values fluctuate based on market movements and interest rate dynamics.
AIF / PMS / SIF Products: Specialized and Alternative Investment Funds involve higher minimum capital requirements (₹1 Crore for AIFs per SEBI regulations) and carry higher risk profiles suitable for sophisticated investors.
Insurance & Loans: Insurance is the subject matter of solicitation. Loans are disbursed at the sole discretion of partner banks and NBFCs based on their credit evaluation criteria.
